Character reset getting old

The game is very addictive and very fun. However that being said it seems as it gets harder to get the better cards with every update!(update) customer service is a plus (update 2) new tower is just crap the way they randomize cards. I seem to always get crap while everyone has epic cards (update 3) game reset for the second time kinda getting irritated now but customer service was fast(update4) characters reset yet again getting very frustrated now. But customer support is top notch!!(update 5 )again another reset im just about fed up with this game.....(update 6) I really love the challenge of this game I would have stopped playing it by now because of all the resets but customer service does what it can to make up for the loss(update 7) yet another character reset never had this problem until the tower update now nobody clearly is working on a fix. Dropped this down to 3 stars because of feeling abandoned on the issue
